That’s why we are incredibly proud to partner with Lennox as a participating Premier Dealer for the annual Feel The Love™ campaign.
What is the Lennox Feel The Love Program?
Feel The Love is a heartwarming community initiative founded by Lennox Industries. The goal is simple: to bring free, brand-new heating and cooling systems to families and individuals who need a helping hand.
Through this program, Lennox donates top-of-the-line, high-efficiency HVAC equipment. In return, our factory-trained team at 911 Mechanical donates our time, labor, and materials to professionally install it—completely free of charge to the recipient. It’s our way of saying “thank you” to the unsung heroes of Macomb, Oakland County, and the greater Metro Detroit area.
Who Qualifies for an HVAC System Nomination?
We are looking for individuals who consistently put others first but might be struggling to make ends meet, facing health challenges, or simply living with an unsafe or failing HVAC system. Deserving nominees often include:

First Responders & Healthcare Workers who keep us safe and healthy.

Educators & Teachers who shape the future of our children.

Veterans & Active Military who have served our country.

Community Volunteers who dedicate their time to helping others.

Families Facing Hardship due to unexpected medical, financial, or personal struggles.
How the Nomination & Selection Process Works

The Community Nominates: It all starts with you. If you know a hometown hero in our service area who deserves the gift of comfort, you can nominate them by sharing their story. Nominations typically open on May 1st every year.

Selections Are Made: Every nomination is thoughtfully reviewed and vetted. The selection committee looks for individuals who truly need the support and whose stories embody the spirit of giving back.

Installation Weekend: During the second week of October, 911 Mechanical joins dealers across the country for a special mission. Our technicians will arrive at the selected homeowner’s house to install their brand-new Lennox system at absolutely no cost.
